      Great colleagues, interesting opportunities, fast paced and modern software. Moving to majority cloud based installs which offer great value to our customers.

      Cons

      Because they released new innovative software quickly, the road for our customer had a number of "pot holes". They are move from a focus on fast paced innovation to stabilizing our software and customer which is great

      Pros

      I have had an excellent experience the last two years. I appreciate the autonomy to be creative. Supportive management team and colleagues who show appreciation for your work. A company that wants to partner with clients to be innovative together.

      Cons

      No major cons. Just the typical growing pains a company experiences. Infor is like a 'start up' in many ways, which really is a Pro.
