Pros

Can watch movies, youtube, jabardast etc without doing work. Min hike they give is 50k+ which is better than service based companies. If you are close to manager then you get better hike. Work life balance is perfect.

Cons

No clients for few projects. I worked for 3 yr 3 months and haven't seen any customers for the project. Will not get any interview calls because the tool and technology which is used here will not be used in any of the company.Even if we get interview calls they will not cross 4 calls and Will not be able to crack interviews because the they will use only few components of the tool. Even if you move to other company with ONLY the knowledge acquired here you will not be able to survive in new company. Unfortunately if you had worked for 5 yrs and if they terminate you because of recession or cost cutting you will be perfectly eligible to put a pan shop because the expectations from a 5 yrs experienced guy will be huge. More than 40% employees have been working in infor for more than 10 yrs. Not because this company is perfect. Its because there will be no other interview calls or they are unable to crack other interviews if there are 3-4 calls. Managers here will never encourage us to learn new technologies and they will not allow you to explore the technology which they are using as well. They just want to make you work just like them. As you dont have the knowledge on the technology which you are using even if you attend any other companies interview you will not clear it and finally you will stay in infor only.Recently there is a mass layoff of CRM team across the world here. Apart from that in most of the teams atleast 7-10 employees were asked to leave. Even if you have no other opportunity please try to avoid joining this company. Even if you join because of some reasons please leave the company within an year.

Poor work / life balance

Pros

Flexible hours and ability to work remotely. Unlimited DTO

Cons

Executives change every six months. Massive layoffs with each course correction leading to a cutthroat environment. Unlimited DTO advertised, but there is an expectation that employees continually work on weekends and weeknights. Many positions were not back filled with additional responsibilities being handed out to employees already at capacity.
