      Pros

      There is major change afoot and several leaders from outside have been brought in. Seems genuinely a push to invest, change, integrate and it starts at the top.

      Cons

      This is not one company, but five separate companies trying to integrate. A lot of turf, wars, and frankly a lot of people that don’t know how to run a software company.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, but hardly used it cause was pressured not too.

      Cons

      Infor acquired old company worked at only to get bought by Koch. They reduced pay and eventually laid everyone off. Super stressful and not fun. Below average pay. They didn't send me a w2 and its a horrendous circus trying to contact infor's phone numbers.

      Infor the company that hires offshore replacements.

      Pros

      Work from home since covid has been a pro.

      Cons

      Infor hired staff in the Philippines for very low wages and continues to lay off staff that built the company in the United States. We train them and then we get laid off little by little. At infor I always felt micro managed and always under a microscope. Management always went over the negatives but never the positives.
