      -Good Staff -Lots of clients -does not turn off legacy clients

      Cons

      -Bad management -Some of the products specially CloudSuites are not ready -Company is lacking focus -Acquires companies only for their clients, does not integrate applications

      Very disorganized work environment. QA is a joke. No proper test cases are produced. Most of QA are doing one line test summaries on an excel spreadsheet which are NEVER validated by anyone. No effective use of JIRA projects. Manager has no clue what's going on...how can she when she's never in office? Good product managers are non existent. No training and no one takes responsibility for anything.

      benefits They took all the pros of this company away when they changed HIGH upper management. my fellow coworkers was the only pro.

      Cons

      They do not give a crap about you. They picked favorites and those were the ones that got the interview. They do not hire within They changed the BDR Organization into a call center, making them look like they have no vale, There is no transparency or communication at Infor. when your whole organization wakes up dreading to go to their work,that is a problem. Managers do not advocate for you.
