      A business with some longevity and easy commute

      Pros

      There's a family environment and it's close public transport. They provide mediocre benefits.

      Cons

      It takes a lot to get fire there. The are quit a few nonaffective managers managing more nonaffective managers putting the responsibility on the bottom workers with little encouragement or payoff.

      Pros

      Pay and Benefits are good, as well as the occasional ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Don't even think of infiltrating their world as an outsider. Their financial systems absolutely suck, their processes are inconsistent, and only a handful of people are worth their weight.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and you get about 20 days of paid time off a year.

      Cons

      The employees are not valued whatsoever in this company. There is usually no incentive for doing extra work they just expect you to do it and not ever give a raise that is worthy of the hard work you put in. Most managers have no idea what is really going on and should not be in the position that they are in. I would not recommend working for this company if you want a positive work environment.
