Pros

NONE ,I could find no pros

Cons

Review for Infor Global Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad Location: Nothing seems to be alright or beneficial. Useless. you will never get enough pay, you don't get to learn anything that usually any software engineer learns. Scrap work. Now I can understand Why people settle in this company for longer years like 10 to 20 years. They never move out comfort zone and never let others, they wanted other to work in their own dumb ways , either technical or managerial tasks. 1. The HR team is highest backdrop and they never realize it , the always hire people from different technology background. For Example :This is an incident happened with one of our colleagues, they hire people with automated testing skills, and forcefully asks to work on manual testing on Excel and other scrap work like documentation. after many attempts in asking to change assigned work , few people left the organization. While leaving , the hr team was very harsh. They could have said confidently while hiring itself that this is not the role the candidate expecting. And they even take budget constraints into their hands and go to next level and bar gain on salary with candidates to very less compensation even if the actual project budget is decided for that hired candidate is more. ( we can know about these details once u join the team , this is no big deal in understanding ). One of the guy from HR team, who verifies documents upon joining, has some kind of issues. I always see this guy responds with extra attention to the female candidates like me. 2. Very Unprofessional co workers , team leads. I work in Supply chain team. I cannot understand why a guy with designation Principal Software Engineer just come to office to assign work to others on Excel sheet and when inquired on any technical issues almost you never get any answer. I JUST WANTED TO ASK MANAGEMENT , WHY A GUY WITH Senior TECHNICAL ROLE DOES THIS KIND OF JOB FOR YEARS ? okay it is not my business . At least he has to help in solving technical issues we face. they never does that. All the time he asks for update without even knowing whats happening with the work we do and issues we face. People like Him just comes to the office at 2:30 Pm and asks others to stay late. Could not find the balance of life and work. 3. Important thing. If you just need salary out of no reason and never wanted to learn any technology or learn any coding skills ( the real skills are designing , optimizing , scaling the software ) join this company. Look guys, any good company never hires candidates with dumb questions in the interview. may be u cannot judge the book by its cover but,You can for sure judge the company by its interview process. Most of the interviewers are here in this passive and zero learning environment for more than 10 years . And what can i except from them ? They all settled here, and they cannot accept new active brains. 4. Teams are covers with lot of silos. 5. Most of the senior management does not know how to communicate in English. Pros

Company set for growth, and now part of a bigger company that will change the industry

Cons

With the acquisition, GT Nexus as we know it will not be the same in a year. I have a friend in an administration role that was already given notice. Infor is a huge company with its own staffing. Our roles will be absorbed very quickly. In the telecast, Infor CEO Charles Phillips talked a good game about promoting within. By next year only those who work with customers and programming will be around. Today GT Nexus CEO Sean Feeney hid the truth from the people who helped make the company what is it today. Someone directly asked about how the company will handle Marketing, hr, and accounting. Without a beat he avoided saying anything about the layoffs that were already handed out. Do you think Infor's marketing team, hr, legal, accounting, and payroll teams can't handle the volume we do? And once their reps understand our products and services, our sales teams, programming, and customer service will be next to be consolidated. Infor talks of a meritocracy for promotion, guess what GT Nexus, you're not fighting for promotion, you're fighting for your jobs.

Pros

Great people. They had top talent for many years. It helped me grow a nice network for future opportunities. SMB ERP space is the only growing area in 2023 - onward.

Cons

-CEO is following orders since the Koch acquisition. Shed top talent and leaders during the 2022-2024 lay-offs. -No R&D and differentiation to the products. It took 3 years to showcase RPA/ML inside their ERP strategy with their OS platform which is not utilized by the majority of customers. -New leadership is needed to spark any change and impact. IFS and Epicor are steadily going to surpass Infor by 2025-2026 for these reasons. -Certain titles at Infor were a revolving chair and the re-orgs were occurring a few times a year. -I heard from the top that we had years of declining pipeline growth. That's alarming.
