Pros

NONE ,I could find no pros

Cons

Review for Infor Global Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad Location: Nothing seems to be alright or beneficial. Useless. you will never get enough pay, you don't get to learn anything that usually any software engineer learns. Scrap work. Now I can understand Why people settle in this company for longer years like 10 to 20 years. They never move out comfort zone and never let others, they wanted other to work in their own dumb ways , either technical or managerial tasks. 1. The HR team is highest backdrop and they never realize it , the always hire people from different technology background. For Example :This is an incident happened with one of our colleagues, they hire people with automated testing skills, and forcefully asks to work on manual testing on Excel and other scrap work like documentation. after many attempts in asking to change assigned work , few people left the organization. While leaving , the hr team was very harsh. They could have said confidently while hiring itself that this is not the role the candidate expecting. And they even take budget constraints into their hands and go to next level and bar gain on salary with candidates to very less compensation even if the actual project budget is decided for that hired candidate is more. ( we can know about these details once u join the team , this is no big deal in understanding ). One of the guy from HR team, who verifies documents upon joining, has some kind of issues. I always see this guy responds with extra attention to the female candidates like me. 2. Very Unprofessional co workers , team leads. I work in Supply chain team. I cannot understand why a guy with designation Principal Software Engineer just come to office to assign work to others on Excel sheet and when inquired on any technical issues almost you never get any answer. I JUST WANTED TO ASK MANAGEMENT , WHY A GUY WITH Senior TECHNICAL ROLE DOES THIS KIND OF JOB FOR YEARS ? okay it is not my business . At least he has to help in solving technical issues we face. they never does that. All the time he asks for update without even knowing whats happening with the work we do and issues we face. People like Him just comes to the office at 2:30 Pm and asks others to stay late. Could not find the balance of life and work. 3. Important thing. If you just need salary out of no reason and never wanted to learn any technology or learn any coding skills ( the real skills are designing , optimizing , scaling the software ) join this company. Look guys, any good company never hires candidates with dumb questions in the interview. may be u cannot judge the book by its cover but,You can for sure judge the company by its interview process. Most of the interviewers are here in this passive and zero learning environment for more than 10 years . And what can i except from them ? They all settled here, and they cannot accept new active brains. 4. Teams are covers with lot of silos. 5. Most of the senior management does not know how to communicate in English. Pros

I like working at Infor. I’ve been here for roughly five years. I enjoy the work, believe in the product, and genuinely like the people I work with and for.

Cons

There has recently been a very strong “AI-first” push across the company. To be clear, I understand the value. AI absolutely can streamline operations and free people up to focus on higher-value work. Used correctly, it’s useful. The problem is that there does not appear to be a clear or consistently enforced policy around what constitutes appropriate use versus misuse or outright abuse. There should be better guidance around where AI helps productivity, where it introduces risk (especially around company information being entered into public tools), and where the line is between use and replacement of basic job responsibilities. For example, I recently had a coworker explain that they created AI automation to read and manage their emails so they rarely have to review or respond themselves, while acknowledging things are likely missed. The same person records meetings for transcripts, leaves their laptop during the call, then relies on AI afterward to summarize what happened. At a certain point, it raises a legitimate question: are we using AI to improve productivity, or are we using it to avoid participating in the job altogether? Right now, reactions internally seem split. Some employees view this as a serious abuse of the technology, while others appear fully on board with it. That disconnect alone suggests the company needs clearer expectations and policy guidance. AI should support human judgment and critical thinking. Not eliminate the need for employees to engage in their work entirely. And how does the company determine when that is being done?
