      Pros

      - Really nothing to say as pros.

      Cons

      - No work life balance. Have to work more than 12 hours per day. - Mostly have to work on weekends and public holidays. - Management expectating from the employees to work on call. Meaning without prior announcement or planning have to work on holidays and off work hours. - No professionalism at all. Treating employees as salves by managers. - No equality. - No space for career growth. - No space for personal development. - Day to day duties and responsibilities are totally different from adverted JD. - Fake promises when hiring employees.

      Pros

      1. Relatively flat organization structure 2. higher ups 'generally' do not meddle with daily work as long as work is getting done 3. benefits are at par with market 4. Flexible timings in some teams 5. Allows remote work 6. Infor culture varies with teams, since most of the teams are a shadow of who they were before Infor acquired them. 7. Product development is the place to be, whichever product that might be, higher in the selling matrix the better.

      Cons

      1. Their IT is currently messed up pretty bad, long serving employees are not getting very good treatment. Even if they are considered to be the 'flab' that needs to be shed, there is a respectable way of doing it. Danger of losing job if someone stands up and calls a senior exec out. 2. There is a clear direction from CEO, however the collaboration between teams is not very productive. 3. Get a feeling, they are trying to do 'everything' that can be done in the tech industry at the same time, without much leadership

      Struggles with Organic Software Development

      Pros

      Large organization that is well funded. Has internal design team (Hook & Loop) that can really make a difference in software design and overall approach to development, marketing.

      Cons

      Company has a history growing through acquisition (increasing revenue) rather than through organic (internal) development of new products and enhancements. Product releases regularly miss deadlines. Product follow the market rather than lead.
