Some of the people you work with are great otherwise I wouldn't have anything good to say and I have to have 20 words

Cons

Never give raises, never value you as an employee. Favoritism is in the culture and middle Management nightmare that makes working here even worse.

If you are late in your career, making good money, and don't want anything social from the company you work for (clock in clock out), you will like it here. Also a lot of remote work available.

Cons

Empty, soulless, scattered, siloed and lacking, severely, in any sort or culture.

Friendly Environment. Good work life balance. Higher management is very friendly.

Cons

Cant find exiting job opportunities.Although you will be hired as a s/w engineer, most of the time we end up doing support work, as majority of the dev team isn't here who implements major changes. No opportunity to explore. You will be hired with little pay.
