Great Management Good Pay Work from Home Great Hours with low pressure Strong corporate vision following executive level management change Strong products, many best in class

Cons

Somewhat siloed with all of the acquisitions. Promotion is more difficult because the management is so good there is little turnover.

The people are great. They do a good job of hiring experienced personnel.

Cons

Infor is made up of over thirty different acquisitions. The strategy, messaging and process for each business unit is quite different. It is a challenge to work with other business units and communication to upper management is nonexistent.
