      Pros

      Those who want to excel will in this company, if you are entrepreneurial and someone who likes to take charge skies the limit. There is very little over site and no one is there to micro mange you. Plans are reviewed goals are set and then its up to you to get it done. There is lots of room to move up!

      Cons

      Lots of sub par players just floating around and taking up space, compensation is below average compared to the competition

      Pros

      We are kept busy. Co-workers are pretty good to work with. Pay check doesn't bounce & it is on time. After 5 yrs you get 5 wks of vacation/sick time - if you have time to take it.

      Cons

      Management doesn't think very far ahead in where they want to go. You might have a great manager or a really bad one. Very little promotion, pay is low and pay raises just about don't exist. Overworked; like 60 hr work weeks and no comp time.
