      Pros

      Great for a starting Job. You will get expose to current technology and learn alot on the job.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't invest in the employee. Salary is lower than standards. Upper management cares more about the amount of billable hours they can charge to the client vs actual hours it takes to complete the work. Sometimes you have 20 hours to complete a task which takes about 40 hours, thus making the consultant unproductive. No overtime.

      Pros

      Lawson (pre-Infor) was a great company to work for - hard work and results translate into financial reward and additional opportunity. Most people at the company were dedicated hardworking individuals, and always a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Some difficult customers and poor customer locations, but that should be expected and not necessarily a negative.

      They offered a good Salary when I joined (this may be changing now) and offer flexibility in the way I work.

      Cons

      Working in Spain (the other offices seem to be more professional and driven).
