Savvy and dedicated leadership that have a plan to succeed. Good onboarding that is streamline and in depth. Large company that is very nimble and quick to get things done. So far so good!

Cons

With big global organizations comes process, and workflows. The biggest challenge I have encountered in my first 5 weeks is understanding the processes necessary to get things done.
