      Pros

      Great place, great people, great industry, great sales training. Lots of positives here.

      Cons

      However, very low base pay. Was difficult to pay bills and be able to live without worrying about my bank account. They claim to be all about numbers, yet, lots of brown nosing occurs and employees are promoted primarily on how much they chit chat with their manager. A rep can get a promotion 3 months into their career, despite the fact they have lower numbers than a rep that has been there 1 year

      some existing customers, a maintenance revenue stream to farm, asset management is good in certain verticals, health care is a strong vertica.

      Cons

      Lack of strategy within verticals, weak leadership, transactional mindset, Oracle culture without Oracle assets, cashing in on the maintenance revenue stream, limited innovation, lack of customer service and support, services cost are high, limited partners
