      Pros

      There is a paycheck, though a bit small for the industry.

      Cons

      There are few opportunities to move forward in ones career or move up within the company. Most open positions are for recent college graduates or have requirements which one can't obtain while working at the company. Raises tend to be few and far between.

      Work from home. Management is results oriented, no micro-management. generous PTO. Great colleagues. Good products.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't that great for a company of its size. Approvals take too long.

      I have worked at a few other places but Infor has been the best job I have had for a variety of reasons.

      Pros

      I am allowed to do my job without being micro managed and the co-workers that I interact with are a pleasure to work with. It seems we all have the same goal. It is also nice that we have regular conference calls on a variety of subjects including on how to grow as a company.

      Cons

      I would like the opportunity to travel a little more.
