      work life balance is good .. as you dont have enough pressure

      not technological specific as some of the products are built on some old frameworks.. and you have to live with them.

      Cons

      Not willing to invest in areas where customer satisfaction can be improved. Poor integration of products that have been acquired over the years. Slow to react to customer's needs.
