      Started as a good company with good acquisitions but bad management converted it into a sad place to work at.

      Pros

      There are not many. The only thing that comes to mind is the good ambiance with co-workers which is understandable as everyone is suffering together. Never been to a place where so many employees are unsatisfied and are currently looking for new opportunities elsewhere.

      Cons

      Poor management at all levels, no career progression, very long hours incl public holidays, not very organised as too many people seem to be doing the same task. Bad coffee. Cheap office (stationery, furniture, fitting - everything looks like second hand, even the coffee stains in the carpet). No recognition for good work whatsoever.

      Some really nice people in the ranks.

      Cons

      No training yet the company has high expectations ? Huh ? Lousy pay. Commission pay out is 90 days !!!!! WTF ????????? Second tier, dead software products that they try to sell as "new". Totally wrong. Mid level to senior management are rank noobs with no experience.
