      Pros

      Able to work from home, good time off and flexibility. Excellent work/life balance. Benefits are OK

      Cons

      Increases have been low or non-existent for the past 10 years. No paid training. No promotions. No retirement other than a minimal 401k Match.

      Pros

      Market competitive compensation. Strong teams across product, services and support. Fun place to work!

      Cons

      Big cronyism issues....upper management (V/C level) had all been replaced or in the process of being replaced by Oracle leadership. Team members at these levels who had been contributing for years and ready for the next level were overlooked or eliminated to accommodate. Sales reps rarely last more than a year here. Consistency in AE a big challenge.
