      Pros

      Great leadership. Very open and mobile workforce.

      Cons

      Huge and confusing product suite. Doesn't sunset any of the old products. Distributed workforce makes it tough to build rapport with co-workers, but periodic events and meetings where we are all face-to-face certainly help.

      Pros

      Great co-workers with good work ethic.

      Cons

      Too many products released too fast resulting in lack of internal training for proper support to the client base. Totally opposite of the previous Lawson approach of being very organized and planning out each release carefully.

      Pros

      Decent people relatively laid back environment with the ability to work from home on a consistent basis. Pay is moderate, benefits are above average, and holidays are nice.

      Cons

      Little growth ability within the corporation. As of Winter 2015 company was making run for public offering so raises, and promotions were a little sparse. Main complaint is the outdated thinking of many of the upper managers.
