      Some areas are flexible with home working others aren't Some managers work closely with staff, to maintain staff morale, others hide at home

      Cons

      Frequent re-structures of management affect stability and unsettle customers Variable pay year on year becomes harder to work out how and what will be paid Sales, Support & Services work in silos, so not joined up and creates unnecessary politics and in fighting Everything needs to go to Charles Philips for approval, so cannot react quickly to customer requirements
