Infor executives have repeatedly stated that they want to promote internally before looking for outside talent. In my 15 months with the company I have found that to be true. Sales Development Reps are constantly being groomed for sales, management, operations, and marketing. Admirable performances are suitably rewarded. Management is genuinely interested in getting their team members promoted into the career path of their choice. The company as a whole is moving in a great direction and is growing rapidly. Working for Infor is being in the right place at the right time.
Cons
As a young company that is yet to go public, sometimes things can seem unorganized. The technology industry is fast paced so be prepared for change. If anything, this will help keep you on your toes and keep your day-to-day feeling fresh.
