      Pros

      Lots of good people at the working level.

      Cons

      Don't believe what they say. They recruited me (I didn't apply myself), took a lower compensation package and a lower title, then restructured the company for the 2nd time in less than 2 years and absolved my position. They also fronted that spot bonuses were prevalent and I never heard of one person in 10 months receiving one. Mgmt that was brought in became notably micromanaging the teams and 1) they didn't hide it and 2) were very proud of it. HR and even the interviewers also touted they were a culture of wanting challengers and once hired turned out to be nothing but the opposite. I was part of a 3rd WFR in 7 months. Company is mis-managed. A lot of people are leaving or are about to leave.

      Pros

      Since being purchased by Koch Industries (KI), Infor has made a concerted effort to embrace Koch's MBM principals which are logical, fair and admirable. Additionally the backing of KI has helped de-emphasize the culture of "money first" at Infor and emphasize instead a culture of "people first."

      Cons

      There are still numerous people in leadership and executive positions who reject the MBM culture and instead are operating under a very unhealthy model. This will be the downfall of those departments, at the expense of a lot of really talented employees.

      - Opportunities for Remote work - Decent benefits (PTO, Sick Leave, Parental Leave)

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are virtually non-existent and promotions and pay raises seem to be given based on personal biases. Even if lying is necessary, Employees are encouraged to leave favorable reviews on Glassdoor and other public forums. Employees have been encouraged to create profiles to submit positive reviews and boost the rating.
