Then comes the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) — a tool not for improvement, but for elimination. Once you're on it, the outcome is predetermined: dismissal without severance. This company is toxic to the core. If you value your self-respect and mental health even slightly, stay far, far away. I repeat: do not get involved with them under any circumstances.
