Pros

I really like the other members of my team and my manager. I work with very intelligent people - you won't find any dummies here. :) Very flexible work from home policy which is a huge plus. I like that the company has a clear vision.

Cons

I feel like I make a fair salary for my position which is good because you basically will not get any increases once you've been here for awhile.

Pros

* A lot of Oracle influence that has brought new ideas, vision, structure, and credibility with Wall Street, Industry Analysts, and experts within the technology market. * The culture has transformed since Charles joined in 2010 (in a very positive way. Ex: Any employee can receive sales commission if they help find a deal. Janitors? Yep. R&D? Yep. Consultants? Yep) * Focus is on execution and rewarding people that drive change (customer satisfaction, and financial success) * New products launches have been well received (Cloud) * The talent is getting younger with more passion (look no further than the recently hired SVPs from Oracle) * Inspirational Leaders from Oracle are showing up that are well aligned with Duncan, Stephan and Charles. * The company is on the up and up.

Cons

* Many disparate product lines (e.g. Product roadmaps) * Many disparate sales teams (need more industry units) * A lot of legacy Infor/SSA/EXE employees are burned out. What about the IPO?

Pros

Good benefits and generous vacation package

Cons

There were many people who had gone for years at a time without a raise. Instead, management would tell us that although they had made a profit, it wasn't enough that they could afford to give out raises. We should just be glad they weren't cutting jobs with the recession. Yet they would spend piles of money on a new logo. In the eight years I worked there, they changed the logo three times. It didn't bring in any business that I could see from the financial reports, but I'm sure it cost a lot!
