Pros

Infor looks after the welfare of its employees well and provides work / life balance. Employees who have explored opportunities outside Infor normally seek to be rehired because they see that Infor is a great place to work for long term and to retire later on. Its employees are always given a chance to innovate and be creative in coming up with solutions to the company and teams' objectives and goals. Leaders listen to employees feedback and opinions and consider them when planning for the team's direction. Performance evaluation has been fair because of the system of 360 feedback and leaders engagement reviews. Infor continues to innovate and improve such as on streamlining benefits globally and coming up with better process in performance evaluation and measuring employee engagement.

Cons

There may need to be some revisit needed for entry level employees who may feel that they are not as rewarded or compensated for staying loyal to the company compared to outside hires when they attain similar level of tenure / experience.

Pros

1) Flexible Hours 2) Job security so far.

Cons

1) Reward and Growth here is loyalty driven not skills (Typical Maintenance mindset, not good for innovations and idea) 2) Lack of visibility, top management takes input from a handful of developers, leaves mid-level management with actual authority and monopoly. 3) QA, Product, and Development are never on the same page, this is because of point 2 and 4. 4) Development has a product vision of their own which often conflicts with Product Manager, which increases the iterations and delays the complete process and annyoying for the end developer and product.
