      Pros

      Allowed to be entrepreneurial, good management with a great strategy Good products with a wide customer base Developing some employee training

      Cons

      Little regard for employee development - i was offered a new role / promotion and its taking more then 9 months to be approved. Meanwhile I'm doing the new role without receiving the compensation Internal war fare between departments - the focus should be on the customer not internal ploitics

      Pros

      Sizeable organization where you can explore opportunities in many different verticals and numerous technolgies. The Infor people you work with on a day to day basis are great.

      Cons

      High stress environment, restrictive financial management policies, bonus comp plans are unattainable. Org is so flat that you are expected to do everything your self.Size of the company makes it difficult to determine who to call for what. Forget searching the employee website- useless.
