Working for a huge company there was so much to learn.

Cons

No training, only Spanish employees are looked after, poorly paid & overworked employees. Only Spanish employees get pay rises. Bullying is accepted in the workplace - as long as you’re Spanish The HR team is horrendous - no idea what they’re doing at all!!!
