      Pros

      The company provided great food and awesome working environment.

      Cons

      They fired my entire department (other than 5 of us) with no notice and no plan for how we were to manage both our workload and the workload of former employees. Leadership was a mess and unethical. Promotions were based on friendship rather than ability, which led to a lot of incompetent higher ups. The leaders refused to listen to employees that were knowledgeable and made numerous easily avoided mistakes.

      Not necessarily a con, the company is fast-paced however they care about work-life balance

      Mission Driven Company with Strong Leadership

      Pros

      The leadership team from the top all the way down to individual managers care a lot about the the employees at Indigo and are not afraid to own any mistakes. This creates a very transparent and honest work environment encouraging and promoting employees to do their best work.

      Cons

      Like any startup there have been some challenges in the past but as Indigo continues to grow those challenges have become fewer and fewer.
