      Supportive, flexible work environment Company mission re: sustainable planet Egalitarian, inclusive, positive culture where team members are trusted as capable and competent contributors - everyone can have a voice Ability to work with current technologies and innovative products Talented co-workers

      Regular shifting of product focus made it difficult to build momentum, though it looks like they may be settling down now

      Pros

      I was there 2022-2023, and though I could go on about how much I enjoyed my team, their focus on people, DEI / inclusion, probably the best part was that everything connected back to their core missions of helping farmers and climate change. You could feel it every day, even in something like managing back end data you knew you were contributing to something important.

      Cons

      Indigo is honestly a startup, and prone to shifts in strategy to make things work. There was a dramatic shift in late 2021/early 2022, and there was another shift in focus in early 2023. Each shift I think was a good move, but anytime there is a major shift there are job casualties.
