      Great Company to be a Part Of

      Pros

      This company has big aspirations and is doing what it takes to achieve its goals. They've hired some great people to get that done. The company is made up of people of varied backgrounds and experiences, which I believe has helped to achieve goals to this point. All levels of management are open to ideas to improve the company.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains that I suspect are a part of any startup company. Fortunately, management is very receptive to feedback and quick to make changes if necessary. Sometimes it feels like we are trying to implement too many ideas and processes at the same time, but it's also exciting because the company is so forward-thinking.

      Hard working, value feedback, solid benefits, chance to contribute to a company that is trying to change the world, really want to help growers

      Cons

      Move extremely fast (not always a con) , no 401 k match, not much else, focus on getting thing done right the first time

      Fast Paced, Challenging, & Fun!

      Pros

      The culture is positive with an emphasis on team work. The environment can be fast-paced (majority of the time) which allows for energizing days while getting work done! The people are nice, intelligent, inviting, and really strive to do the best they can everyday.
