Pros

Indigo is as transparent as they can be with their employees. They have been proactive in addressing work situations during Covid. I feel like I'm supported by my leader and I am constantly challenged to drive improvements and develop. Not only is my opinion valued, but all associate opinion's are valued...everyone has a seat at the table.

Cons

Because this is a start-up environment, there are many processes that are quite manual. There is a ton of work happening to bring about more automation, but you have to be willing to work in the current processes and systems until improved processes and systems are in place. While most view this as a con, I think it is what I like most as I get to have input in what those new processes and systems need to be.

Pros

- FANTASTIC coworkers: I look forward to work each day because of the people I work with. Seriously one of my favorite things about working here. - Important mission: It's refreshing to work on something that really matters in the world. - Interesting work: I feel like I learn something new every day and am always presented with interesting challenges to tackle.

Cons

- This is not the company for you if you're looking to just clock in and out 9-5 or work strict 40 hour weeks. You aren't expected to be online at all hours, but realistically, most of us work more than 40 hrs/wk (that said, there is a strong understanding and respect when you have things to do outside of work, like spending time with family, going to appointments, etc.). - Fast Pace: Not a bad thing, but also not the right environment for everyone. Fast paced means that you need to be ready to execute quickly, pivot when we try something that doesn't work, and act in the face of ambiguity.

Pros

The company is full of passionate employees working hard to improve the sustainability of agriculture. The leadership at the company is very transparent and keeps everybody aware of company news and priorities. The company is rapidly growing and the onboarding team does a great job of teaching new employees about the company's many offerings and the agriculture industry. The whole team has been very welcoming even though I joined during the pandemic. It has been great to work alongside kind, passionate co-workers on meaningful projects.

Cons

The company is still working towards a shared vision with unified teams.
