- You can gain so much knowledge at this company - super smart people here and many opportunities to explore and learn about different parts of the business. - Fast paced, motivating environment. - Strong mission - the feeling of doing something good and meaningful for the environment, farmers, consumers, and more. - Lots of good processes in place to get work done. - Flexibility with work hours. - Strong sense of community within teams. - Positive changes this year to increase diversity.
