      Pros

      Indigo employees have incredible passion and energy. They focus on changing the world for the better, at a time when most people agree on the societal challenges but few understand solutions like this team. We have a collaborative, upbeat, and high-energy approach to problem solving. If you have good ideas, you will feel supported by the leadership team as well as your peers. We have a collective, can-do attitude.

      Cons

      Being a startup, we want to run with ideas faster than is sometimes possible. But this makes for exciting challenges and no boring days with a lot of room to explore issues.

      Decent perks, if your on the right team it can be okay.

      Cons

      Poor management and leagership. There is definitely a lack of direction with in the company. Need to change management They like to force an open culture but one doesn't exist. The best people need to be valued.

      Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review. I'm concerned to hear that you don't believe there is clear direction. As I'm sure you know, we do present our company goals annually, as well as quarterly goals each quarter at our weekly All Hands meeting. In addition our CEO regularly answers questions that employees vote on so he addresses points that are most relevant to the most employees. If you have further suggestions on how we can give better direction on company goals, we welcome them.

      Supportive leadership team -I feel that my voice is heard Always improving - we thrive to do things better than we did the day before Motivating environment - Our mission and our goals are aggressive and thus we feel extremely motivated to achieve them

      Cons

      Considering how fast we are growing it is a bit difficult sometimes to catch up and be on top of growth.
