Pros

-Fast pace, things change quickly, which is daunting and exciting simultaneously. Work for a bank if you prefer structure and red tape. -You're empowered to get stuff done - you can't be a bump on a log. -Mission driven work is very inspiring. Most companies offer to change the world; Indigo offers to save it by viably sequestering carbon from our atmosphere by paying farmers to adopt regenerative ag techniques. -People are great - they truly care about the work that's being accomplished.

Cons

-Fast pace, things change quickly. You really need to decide for yourself if this is a good fit and if you can thrive and lead the way versus getting steamrolled and rendered ineffective.
