Pros

Working for a company that is not actively harming the planet or it's people, but trying to solve a real problem is a great feeling.

Cons

The company went from transparency to secrecy. Then, the bottom sort of fell out after the last funding round. Working there is great, but keep one foot out the door. Leave before you are laid off in the next round.
