Unattainable goals. Indigo has the potential to be very great, however there is poor leadership and a panic environment. Everything that is done is reactive. The organization is super disconnected in areas. Many departments don’t know what the other ones are doing. There isn’t much productivity, because the go to market strategy changes everytime something doesn’t successfully work out.
