Pros

Innovation is fostered, fast exciting environment, great people

Cons

David Perry, CEO, doesn't listen to the customer. He gets product ideas in his ivory tower and pushes them through the org without ever vetting them with customers. Then he sets ridiculous, unachievable goals that demoralizes the team.

Pros

New management and new opportunities

Cons

Women and minorities are still underrepresented in leadership positions, Minorities don’t get a fair chance to get promotion. The promotion rate for minority is much lower than that of white employees in the same pay grade. HR has not been transparent on equal pay for equal job. Minorities still fall short of the pay of their white colleagues.

Thank you for your review. Diversity and inclusion is a top priority for Indigo and we have recently started a task force that will address multiple company-wide priorities. The D&I Task Force will be structured around projects that align with four key focus areas which include building a diverse and inclusive team, creating opportunities to listen and reflect, engaging Indigo’s external stakeholders and investing in our local communities. The company strongly champions fair, consistent and transparent compensation. Your People Business Partner would be excited to talk about your feedback in person and elicit more detailed feedback from you.
