Pros

Indigo is as transparent as they can be with their employees. They have been proactive in addressing work situations during Covid. I feel like I'm supported by my leader and I am constantly challenged to drive improvements and develop. Not only is my opinion valued, but all associate opinion's are valued...everyone has a seat at the table.

Cons

Because this is a start-up environment, there are many processes that are quite manual. There is a ton of work happening to bring about more automation, but you have to be willing to work in the current processes and systems until improved processes and systems are in place. While most view this as a con, I think it is what I like most as I get to have input in what those new processes and systems need to be.

Pros

Very Competitive Pay, Great Hours, Excellent Benefits, Free Healthy Meals and overall a good mission.

Cons

In theory, this company could be a game changer....I mean like save the world gamechanger. However, Execution is the worst I have ever seen. Management is very disorganized, direction changes too fast for anyone to keep up with. End Consumer-The Growers are left confused because the offerings change before their growing season is even over. There is no trust and poor communication from the top down all the way to the growers we're supposed to be helping. Ask 10 people the same question and get 10 different answers. Also, no integrity---Just whatever it takes to make it look good on paper to investors in order to get IPO and go public. No job security and no clear direction. This ship is sinking fast.
