I really don’t have anything positive to say anymore unfortunately. The company has one foot out the door and it’s a nasty place to work these days.

Cons

Cancelled bonuses again right before Christmas. The CEO said we can “work really hard over the next two weeks (ie over the holidays) to maybe earn our bonuses back” with no metrics on how to do that. Clearly dishonest. We hired a new CFO when we clearly don’t have the cash to do that right now and at our recent company wide meeting he said “I don’t know what to do so if you have any ideas please let me know”. Run away if you are looking at Indigo. Get out if you are still stuck there.

* large RIF makes it difficult to have the same dev-ops support in tools/functionalities * instability in market makes for shaky-ground in a start-up with a seemingly unstable business outlook
