      Pros

      The Austin office still has free lunch (for now) which is pretty good for cafeteria food. The office is nice. Remote options are nice.

      Cons

      Indeed's once strong reputation is now long gone. With 3 rounds of massive layoffs in the last 2.5 years and the impending doom of more layoffs, morale is at an all time low. No guidance from upper management who run around like chickens with their heads cut off from project to project. The CEO from Recruit (because they forced our old CEO out) just gives generic "do more AI" messages.

      Cons

      - Company needs to improve its people's manager promotion/hiring process. As good technical individuals but poor people's managers get promoted/hired - Many re-orgs in the last few years
