Pros

I do not believe that there are any pros for this company. They really have to change the way they run it and how they take care of their employees.

Cons

Low paid, consumers have challenging behaviors, hours are not guaranteed and you have to work with several consumers at different times. Not a permanent schedule. Management is not helpful and unfairly demanding. HR does not resolve issues.

Pros

There are few pros to working in this company. The hours are flexible and the staff are really carefree about releaving you on time.

Cons

The "supervisors" are a joke. Most of them have no idea whats going on and don't seem to care. The "directors" are the same way. They do a lot of talking but very little in the action department.
