      The culture of this company is great and everyone I work with is amazing. It is rare to find such a diverse group of engaged employees all working together to provide quality care to our client base.

      They should advertise their benefits better.

      Pros

      You are not stuck with the same exact tasks everyday which I am for since I do not like repitious work. Small company so it is easier to have questions answered sooner by upper management.

      Cons

      Not enough vacation days so you get burnt out. Benefits are not that good and the workers do not feel appreciated.
