Outdated Dreadful IT Sexist Non-white people thought to be 'lesser' (I'm white) Protectionism - the 'old boys network' (I'm a man) Falsely claiming bonuses so there is no money to complete projects Head office are all like second hand car sales men from bad movies Company is crippled by salaries and bonuses to the old guard so they are underpaying the new people who actually do the work

They have just changes the sales executive pay structure to an OTE of 35k. For Working 60 hours a week. £12 per hour as an average. McDonald's pays similar and you get a free lunch

improved basic pay as of recently. good brands within the network, better working hours (5days p/week) now.

Cons

A lot of pressure and stress put onto you during quiet periods, micro-management to the highest level at times. unrealistic expectations fed down from upper management and complete lack of awareness from upper management which then is passed on by on site managers. From my experience at other dealers, it is very difficult to get basic things done like getting a paint protection from parts without multiple emails/ authorizations and waiting days for it to be done.
