Pros

Nice cars, colleagues and no day is boring. Steve Champion was a proper manager, listens engages and is very, very supportive!

Cons

Too much Admin work as they never had a Sales Admin, long hours was working 12 hours a day some months and then going home with £1700 some months 1300 due to car allowance. They changed the basic from 16k which was pathetic to 24k, which initially seemed great but now have deducted from car sales from £200 per car to around £100. So really you now earn less.

Pros

Great business to work for, feel like my manager listens and is engaged with me. The benefits packages are brilliant too. Gym membership and i get 5% of my sainsburys shopping. In years gone by I have cycle to work and a discounted car on the staff scheme although i dont currently have those. Its busy but rewarding and Inchcape are constantly looking for ways to give more. Recently we did diversity training which was great and eye opening and the other training is good too with plenty of chance to progress. My manager just go made a general manager and he was telling me I will get my chance too and put me forward for further developement

Cons

Can be hard to park at work sometimes but other than that its great. Also, we used to get more holiday for length of service. they have now awarded all new starters with 25 days, I had to work 5 years to get that but didnt get anything for my length of service now so the incentive is slightly worse but I suppose everyone gets the time off now at least.
