Was great when started but was disgusted how I was treated by company and dismissed for immoral procedure difference

Money was very good and had other benefits with the company outside when buying all other types of market products such as holidays and going out

Cons

Don't receive proper training. Feel pressured and cannot receive extra help when requested. Very misleading procedures and policies.

Good benefits and rewards, people are friendly and progressive. Always looking to adapt and be the best we can be.

Cons

The team I work in is relatively new so we are all still learning but we have a great support network and the recruitment process has ensured that we are all more than capable to do the job
