Generally good working atmosphere. Very approachable management teams. Flexible to employees needs (in my experience). Exciting industry, lots to learn.

Cons

Poor technology. Systems can be hard to navigate. Can be "slow" to react to change.

Great Company to work for in my view and we have some great people within the company who are committed to making us the leading retailer group.

Cons

Our IT/DMS infracture Is poor and changes to sytems, set up takes far too long plus we dont have a programme to training existing staff or new staff on our different systems. To many differing operating systems which do not intergrate making day to day operations timeconsuming and not that customer friendly and we are still very reliant on paper sheets.
