Pros

people are great and really work for the coompany

Cons

ever since JB took over the company has been on a landslide. Unrealistic targets and heavy audits mean managers are disenfranchised as a result staff moral is at an all time low.

Used to be a fun company but the culture is awful now

Pros

Good pay and benefits (except holidays) and great cars to drive. Work environments are good. Still some lovely people there

Cons

Culture since the new CEO joined is very tell and he seems to be trying to drive the company forward by putting in outdated processes, Lots of good Inchcape people just “disappeared” to be replaced by his old colleagues..... very much who you know. The engagement of people is not even given a thought with change just being forced through. Doesn’t seem like anyone challenges the culture or the CEO- weak senior management .
