Pros

Can still be fruitful if you post decent enough numbers.

Cons

New CEO James Brearley has brought a my way or the highway culture. Major restructure has affected the business for the worse. The salesman that post the high numbers have left. New payplan changed for the worse. Yes basic is higher but commission is now effectively capped and all or nothing. No incentive to sell more cars to earn even more. Want us to keep selling the cars but no reason to when we have enough red tape to go through with existing orders.

Pros

I took the job to spend more time with my family as it is much closer to home which has worked out better, but still not brilliant.

Cons

I now cannot afford my family. No team ethic, very isolated in job. Correct training focus not what they think we need but what we need.
