Can still be fruitful if you post decent enough numbers.

Cons

New CEO James Brearley has brought a my way or the highway culture. Major restructure has affected the business for the worse. The salesman that post the high numbers have left. New payplan changed for the worse. Yes basic is higher but commission is now effectively capped and all or nothing. No incentive to sell more cars to earn even more. Want us to keep selling the cars but no reason to when we have enough red tape to go through with existing orders.

Very very little. Used to be a great company to work for until JB started. Treats prestige cars centres like car supermarkets.

Cons

After working for Inchcape for 6 years they have decided to give me a 60% pay cut! HR is non existent and even when you ask to talk to them they don’t bother and totally shun you. Stay away from Inchcape at all costs. There isn’t a single member of the sales team (not one) that doesn’t think Inchcape is a total joke to work for.

Cons

I worked here for 18 months. I used to work 12+ hour days and on weekends doing my job plus my managers role. When management found out I was performance managed out of the business to cover it up. Funny enough my manager quit within a month of my leaving as the person couldn't do the job.
