      Pros

      Very good training for begginners and significant support from peers. Various experience with major pharma and significants opportunities for carier progression.

      Cons

      There is a tendency to walk the extra mile just to remain competitive among peers. In this case the work life balance is not in favor of employee.

      1. The biggest player in the market: great expertise in many areas and partnerships with top companies. Since everyone knows it, your CV will look way more impressive. 2. Good place to gain experience with the new technologies used in the industry.

      Cons

      1. Weak and uninterested management that will go an extra mile to ensure their efforts seem to be great, while it is the problem of the field staff that the things are not done. 2. Low morale as probably only newly employed are proud of being part of the company. Most of the experienced workers are just sick and tired. 3. Low salary for many levels

      Pros

      The job offers excellent benefits. You receive annual bonuses. Every three years you get a computer/technology reimbursement. Chiropractic care is free if you use a certain chiropractor.

      Cons

      The workload is unbearable. You are constantly told to be a part of the employee engagement committee but your workload is so high that you have no time. It's not abnormal for a PM to manage 25-30 protocols.
